Our Story

Born from a love of food, music, and the quiet joy of a good book

The Philosophy

A L O R E was created as a sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer things in life — but not in the traditional, stuffy way. We believe a mesquite-grilled ribeye tastes better when you can hear a saxophone in the background, and that a quiet afternoon with a novel and a mesquite cold brew is just as luxurious as a seven-course tasting menu.

Our kitchen is devoted to Southwestern American cuisine — a living tradition rooted in the landscapes of New Mexico, Arizona, and West Texas. Mesquite smoke, hatch and ancho chiles, blue corn, piñon, prickly pear, and native game guide every plate. We honor those origins and add a creative, fine-dining twist that makes each dish unmistakably ours.

Private Events

The Space

Housed in a restored heritage building, A L O R E balances warmth and elegance. Exposed brick walls, soft amber lighting, and plush velvet seating create an atmosphere that feels both special and comfortable. The bookshelf-lined reading alcove sits near the front window — the best seat in the house for a solo afternoon — while the back dining room opens up for larger parties and live performances.

By day, natural light pours in through tall arched windows. By night, candles flicker on every table and the stage comes alive. It's two experiences in one space — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
